Barbra (with her partner Linda Hanley) qualified for the 1996 Olympic
Beach Volleyball competition by winning the U.S. Qualifying meet.
Fontana teamed with Lori Forsythe to win a bronze medal at the Goodwill
Games in St. Petersburg (1994).
Barbra served as the WPVA's president for a time. For awhile she
was known as Barbra Fontana-Harris.
She played collegiately at Stanford. Born in Manhattan Beach, CA,
she stands 5" 6".
